Articles, papers, opinions, and other content submitted by members or contributors are subject to editorial review and approval by GATBAS. The Association reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept, reject, edit, modify, or remove any submitted content without assigning reasons.
The views expressed in member-submitted content are those of the respective authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of GATBAS.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GATBAS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use this website or any content made available herein.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Surat, Gujarat.
